UmrahMarket is an independent comparison platform. We are not a travel agency. We do not sell Umrah packages, form part of any booking contract, take bookings, or process payments. Any booking you make is a contract solely between you and the travel agency.

Package details and prices are provided by the listing agencies. While we work to keep listings accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every price, hotel detail, distance or availability is correct at all times. Always confirm the details directly with the agency before booking.

When you enquire, you are directed to the agency's own website. The agency's terms, privacy policy and ATOL protection (where applicable) apply to your booking. Any dispute about a package or booking is between you and the agency.

Agencies with accounts are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings they publish, and must hold the necessary licences and protections (such as ATOL) for the packages they sell. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, UmrahMarket is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with an agency or from reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
